Charms

Charms are a one-time-purchase in-app currency. You buy them in bundles. You spend them on actions inside existing features. Buying or spending Charms does not change your tier.

What you can spend Charms on

  • AI Studio fallback generations. If you have used your daily AI Studio quota and still want to generate, you can spend Charms per generate. The cost per generate is configured per model slot.
  • Findom charges. When findom is enabled and your Domina demands payment, the cost is in Charms. If you pay, the Charms are deducted from your wallet.

Future Charm-spendable actions may be added; the wallet view always shows the current options.

Buying a bundle

  • Open Account > Billing > Charms.
  • Pick a bundle (sizes vary).
  • Stripe Checkout opens in mode=payment (one-time, not recurring).
  • After payment the webhook credits the Charms to your wallet.

Bundles are not refundable once delivered. If you bought a bundle by mistake (wrong size, wrong account), contact support promptly - there is no automatic refund flow.

Seeing your balance

The Charms balance is shown:

  • In Account > Billing > Charms.
  • In a small badge in the AI Studio header when relevant.
  • In the findom toggle area when a charge is open.

The balance is unencrypted - it is operational data the server has to see. Past Charm transactions are in an append-only ledger; you can download your ledger via the data export tool.

Spending Charms

Spending is one tap. The action that costs Charms shows the cost before you confirm:

  • AI Studio: the "Generate" button shows the Charm cost when you are past your daily quota.
  • Findom: the open charge sheet shows the Charm cost before you tap Pay.

If your balance is below the cost, the action button is disabled and you are prompted to buy a bundle.

Charm life cycle

  • No expiry. Charms you buy stay on your account.
  • No tier link. Charms survive tier changes; cancelling Premium does not consume them.
  • No transfer. Charms cannot be sent to another user or moved to another account.

A note on responsible spending

Charms are real money. The wallet is designed to make spending visible, but it cannot stop you from buying bundles you cannot afford. If runaway findom spending is a concern for you, leave findom off (it is off by default). See Findom.
