Upgrading, Downgrading, and Cancelling

All BLINK billing runs through Stripe. The Manage billing button in Account > Billing opens the Stripe customer portal where you can upgrade, downgrade, change your card, and view past invoices.

Upgrading from Free to Premium / Premium Plus

  • Account > Billing.
  • Pick the tier.
  • Stripe Checkout opens.
  • Pay.
  • The webhook updates your tier within seconds, usually before you return to BLINK.

What you keep:

  • Your sessions, history, level, XP, and Charm balance.
  • Your fetish interests, hard limits, inventory, and PIN-protected data.
  • Your active preset Domina.

What changes:

  • New limits apply immediately (unlimited sessions, AI Studio quota bumps, character-shot generation unlocks).
  • You can now create a personal Domina (Premium: 1, Premium Plus: up to 3).

Upgrading from Premium to Premium Plus

Same flow. Prorated by Stripe.

What you keep: everything, including your existing personal Domina.

What changes: you can now create up to two more personal Dominas, and your image model upgrades to the higher-quality variant on the next session.

Downgrading from Premium Plus to Premium

Done from the Stripe customer portal.

What you keep: your existing personal Dominas remain visible. The most recently active one stays active.

What changes: you can only have one personal Domina active at a time. Other personal Dominas are read-only - you can browse them and session history references them, but you cannot use them for new sessions until you upgrade again or delete the extras.

Image generation drops back to the standard model.

Downgrading to Free

Done from the Stripe customer portal. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What you keep: account, history, level, XP, Charms.

What changes:

  • Your personal Domina(s) go read-only. You can browse and reference them; you cannot session with them.
  • You return to the 1-session-per-day cap.
  • Image generation reverts to static preset portraits.
  • AI Studio quota drops to 3/day.

Cancelling

Cancelling a subscription in the Stripe portal sets the subscription to end at the current period's end. Until then, you keep your tier. After that, you become Free.

You can re-subscribe at any time. Your personal Domina(s) are still there waiting.

Refunds

BLINK does not issue automatic refunds. For specific cases (accidental double payment, immediate cancellation after first charge), contact support. Charm bundles are non-refundable once delivered.
